1. Is pick-up available?

Unfortunately, this option is not available as we operate only via this online store.

 

2. Product Care Instructions

  • Please follow the care instructions on your individual product labels.
  • Give your whites, darks and colours the special attention they need. Wash each colour group separately.
  • Do not iron on prints or embellishments
  • Machine Wash Cold
  • Do not bleach
  • Do not tumble dry
  • Do not dry clean
  • Line Dry in Shade

 

3. Product Colour

We do our best to ensure that our photos are as true to colour as possible. However, due to inconsistencies of various monitors, lighting sources, digital photography and dye lot variations, we cannot guarantee that the colour you see on your screen accurately portrays the true colour of the product.

 

4. Labels

You may have noticed some products have 2 labels. We left the original label on intentionally as this would mean that we do not have to pass on the cost of removing the original labels and re-attaching a new label to you. As a small business with no huge turnover volume, manufacturing our own products is almost close to impossible hence we have to source from 3rd parties. That said, we source from reputable companies that use premium ethically-sourced cotton and adhere to responsible and sustainable manufacturing standards to produce quality products.

All measurements on our website are in centimetres and in Australian sizes. Fits may vary by style or personal preferences. Colours on your monitor may vary slightly than the actual garment.
