Delivery Time Estimates

Dispatch is estimated within 2 to 5 business days upon receipt of order. You will receive an email once your order is shipped.

We currently only ship Australia wide. Australian Post is our preferred carrier partner. Please take into account the delivery lead time by Australian Post, especially during peak seasons.

Sales And Promotional Event Orders

During popular sales and promotions, Say It Differently may be unable to dispatch your order in full because one or more products are out of stock as we prepare to dispatch your order. If this occurs, you will receive an email notification about the out of stock product(s) and an automatic refund to your payment method(s) used.

Say It Differently may experience delays of up to three (3) business days in dispatching your order for delivery to you.

 

Returns Policy

Terms & Conditions for Returns:

  1. Only full-priced items are eligible for returns (refund). Products on sale will not be eligible for refund.
  2. The product is returned within the following change of mind within 30 days of purchase.
  3. The product must be returned in its original condition, un-opened, un-worn, un-used in any way and with the tags attached.
  4. Returned items must be kept in a smoke-free environment. Returns will be refused on items that smell of smoke. Any items smelling strongly of perfume/deodorants or similar will also be refused.
  5. If your purchase is eligible for a refund, the same payment method used for the purchase, must be used for the refund.
  6. You will bear the shipping costs to return your purchase if the return is for change of mind or incorrect size purchased.
  7. There is a restocking fee of $10 or 15% of the product value returned (whichever is higher) for all returns, except where it is a result of our error.
  8. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
  9. You should expect to receive your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
  10. Returns take 2-7 business days to reach our warehouse (longer due to COVID). Once received by our warehouse, your request will be processed within 7 business days. For refunds, please note that your financial institution may need 3-5 days to clear the funds back into your account. 
  11. If you would like to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
